Better late than never to change ones life. Learning to cook with food intorelances. A few weeks back I started to see a naturopath and she did a complete food intorelance test. I kind of knew I had issues with some food but was very surprised when I had my follow up meeting. There is a list of 10 items that I must not eat. So this makes cooking a new learning curve.
